Preview an Invoice

Preview your finished invoice before you send it to your client to make sure all the information is correct.

When you preview your invoice, you are previewing the PDF copy that will be sent to your customer as an email attachment. 

The following steps walk you through how to preview an invoice — the steps below are similar for all of your document types.

iOS and Android

  1. Tap Invoices
  2. Select the invoice you would like to preview
  3. From the preview and manage screen, tap the image of the invoice to view a full-screen preview of your invoice. The full-screen mode lets you pinch and zoom to take a closer look at the invoice
    • Alternatively, you can tap Preview from the invoice creation screen
  4. Tap Close to return to the preview & manage or invoice creation screen

Web

  1. From the navigation menu, click on Invoices
  2. Select the invoice you would like to preview
  3. Click on the Preview tab at the top to view your invoice 
  4. Click to toggle on View as PDF to view your invoice in PDF format
