Reorder Items on an Invoice

An essential part of an effective invoice is how it is organized. With Invoice2go, organizing the items has been made hassle-free and swift.

Mobile users have the ability to drag and drop items to their desired location on an invoice. With the web application, a similar drag-and-drop function is also available.               

iOS and Android

1. Open the invoice you wish to reorder your items on
2. Tap Edit in the top right corner
   • If this is a new invoice, proceed to step 3
3. Ensure that you have 2 or more items added to the invoice
4. Tap Reorder
5. Tap and hold the three horizontal lines to the right of the item
6. Drag the item up or down to the desired position
7. Tap Done
8. Tap Save

Web

1. Open the invoice you wish to reorder your items on
2. Open the Edit tab
   • If this is a new invoice, this is the Create tab
3. Ensure that you have 2 or more items added to the invoice
4. Click and drag on the three horizontal lines of dots next to an item to move it around
5. Drop the item to the desired position
6. Click on Save and close
