Adding a Logged Time Entry to Your Invoice

Adding a time entry to your invoices allows you to record the amount of time spent on particular jobs.

iOS and Android

1. Tap Invoices and open the invoice you wish to edit
2. On the invoice creation screen tap Add items
3. Tap Choose multiple
   • Alternatively, you can search for the time entry by typing it into the Item name line
4. Tap Time, and choose the time entry you wish to add 
5. Make any desired changes to the time entry such as the rate and unit type (days or hours)
6. Tap Add

Web

1. Click on Invoices and open the invoice you wish to edit
2. From the Edit tab, click on Time entries under Items
3. Choose the time entry you want to add and click on Add time entry
4. Make any desired changes to the time entry such as the rate and unit type (days or hours)
5. Click on Update
