When you export your expense report with images, it will be saved as an HTML file. If you prefer to save expense images in PDF format, you can follow the steps below to convert your file in just a few easy steps.
Web
- Open the expense images HTML file
- Click on File and then select Print from the drop-down menu
- Choose Save As PDF as the destination
- Rename your file if necessary, choose a save location, and then click on Save
iOS
- Open the expense images HTML file on Safari
- Take a screenshot of the page
- Tap Full Page
- Scale and adjust the screenshot as needed
- Tap Done
- Tap Save PDF to Files
- Choose where you would like to save the file to
- Tap Save
Android
- Open the expense images HTML file on Google Chrome
- Tap the three-dot icon located in the top right corner of the screen
- Tap Open in Chrome
- Tap the three-dot icon located in the top right corner in Google Chrome
- Tap on Share...
- Select Print
- Change the printer on your device to Save as PDF
- Tap the Download icon PDF
