Viewing and Sorting Appointments

You can easily keep track of your upcoming and past appointments using the steps below. 

iOS and Android 

1. Tap More on the navigation bar
2. Tap Appointments
3. Tap the right or left arrow in the bottom right corner to change the month
4. Tap This month to return to a view of the current month's appointments
5. At a glance, you can view the following information regarding the appointment,
   • Date
   • Time
   • Client
   • Location
   • Status (if the appointment has been billed) 
   • Duration 
6. Tapping on the appointment will take you to the appointment itself where you can edit it 

Web

1. Click on Clients
2. Click on Appointments 
3. Click on the Month dropdown and select the month you would like to view your appointments for
4. Click on the Year dropdown and select the year you would like to view your appointments for
5. By default, your appointments will be sorted in chronological order by week. You can click on Date to sort the appointments by ascending or descending order. Alternatively, you can click on Client to sort the appointments by client
6. At a glance, you can view the following information regarding the appointment,
   • Date
   • Time
   • Client
   • Location
   • Status (if the appointment has been billed) 
   • Duration 

Note: If a week starts at the end of the previous month, only the current month’s appointments appear (e.g. The first week in January is shown as December 31-Jan 6, but only January appointments will show for this period).
