If you have processed $20,000 or more and had 200 or more transactions through Invoice2go Money Card Payments from January to December 2023, you will be mailed a physical copy of the 1099-K form to your registered business address. To ensure the form is completed and mailed accurately, learn how to update your company information.
As an Invoice2go admin, you can download a PDF of your IRS Form 1099-K from your account settings. Form 1099-K provides information on all card payment transactions and settlement of third-party payment network transactions.
Form 1099-K is required for businesses that meet the reportable payment threshold set by the IRS or the state where they file taxes. If your gross payments for the year exceed the minimum reporting threshold, you need this form to complete your tax return. 1099-K forms should be available on or before January 31st of each year.

- To open the Form 1099-K page from the Home page, find the Form 1099-K banner and tap the Check now link

To open the Form 1099-K page from your Account Settings, complete the following:
- Tap the Profile icon in the top right corner of the home screen
- In the Tax section, tap the Form 1099-K link
- Tap the year for which you would like to view the 1099-K form.Note: If you do not meet the gross payment threshold to require Form 1099-K, the form will not be available for download.
