Managing the status of a project

On the web platform and iOS app, you can designate a project as active or complete. The Active and Complete statuses allow you to easily organize and find project in Invoice2go. By default, new projects display the Active status.

Note: Project statuses are not available on the Android app.

iOS

1. In the Navigation Bar, tap the More icon
2. Tap the Projects link
3. To view active projects, tap the Active tab. To view complete projects, tap the Complete tab.
4. Tap the project you want to update
5. Tap the Project details link
6. Tap the Status link
7. To designate the project as complete, tap the Complete option. To designate the project as active, tap the Active option.
8. Tap the Save link

Web

1. From the Navigation Menu, click the Projects link
2. To view active projects, click the Active tab. To view complete projects, click the Complete tab.
3. Find the project you want to update and click the Options icon for the project.
4. To complete an active project, click the Complete option. To activate a completed project, click the Reactivate option. Your changes are saved automatically.
