Adding photos and PDF files to your project

Photos and PDF files can be easily added to a project to be quickly referenced at any moment. 

After you've added a photo to a project, you can attach it to an invoice or estimate on the iOS or Web platforms using the steps outlined in this article. 

Mobile

  1. Tap More on the navigation bar
  2. Tap Projects
  3. Open the project you'd like to add a photo or PDF file to
  4. Tap Add file 
    • If there are already files associated with this project, tap the + symbol in the bottom right corner
  5. Tap Photos or PDF
    • Photo: Upload an existing photo, or take a new one 
    • PDF file: Choose the file you wish to upload
  6. Your photo or PDF file can now be easily referenced on the project page

Web

  1. From the home screen, click Projects
  2. Open the project you'd like to add a photo to
  3. In the Files tab, click Upload photos or PDF
    • If there are already files associated with this project, click on the + icon first
  4. Select the photo or PDF file you would like to add to your project
  5. Your photo or PDF can now be easily referenced on the project page
