How do I unlink or change the bank account that I linked to Invoice2go Money?

If you unlink a bank account, you can still access payments from your Invoice2go Money bank account using your Visa® business debit card.

Invoice2go Money Card Payments

If you have Invoice2go Money Card Payments and do not have an Invoice2go Money bank account, you need to ensure you have linked a bank account. We transfer cleared card payments directly to the linked account. If you do not link a bank account, we cannot pay out funds.

You can change your linked bank account at any time using the steps below:

Mobile

1. In the Invoice2go Navigation Bar, tap the More icon  
2. Tap the Client payment options link
3. Tap the Card Payments or ACH bank transfers link (depending on which option you have set up)
4. In the top right hand corner, tap Settings
5. Unlink your current bank account 
   •  Under Linked Bank Account, tap Unlink
   • To confirm, tap Unlink again
6. Link a new bank account

1. In the Navigation Menu, click the Cash flow link
2. In the Invoice2go Money section, click the Options icon (...)
3. Unlink your current bank account 
   • Under Linked Bank Account, tap Unlink
   • To confirm, tap Unlink again
